The Tunisian Welding Association is a young association that brings together academics, trainers, manufacturers and resellers of welding equipment and consumables as well as boiler, cutting and control equipment and the welding industry. in Tunisia.
Based on the concept of "industry-oriented" research, the aim is to improve relations between the world of education, research and business.

Therefore aims to better develop the Tunisian industry to be much more competitive internationally and also promote trades related to welding and improve employability.

Mission, objectives:
Build cooperative relationships between the university, vocational training centers and industry and encourage the transfer of technology in both directions and in all areas related to welding.
Promote, develop and supervise studies and research in all disciplines related to welding in partnership with industry.
Organize training sessions and seminars in all areas related to welding.
Ensure the development of scientific and educational research work in the specialties related to welding through cooperation with the structures and organizations concerned.
Carry out cooperation with local and international associations belonging to the same sector.
To perceive the problems related to the welding sector at the industrial level and to try to solve them.
Collect and analyze welding sector data.
